Ordering from Electrolux

The account application form must be completed and our Terms and Conditions of Trade accepted. Normally and subject to credit approval, your account will be established within 5 working days of receipt of the completed application.

2. Placing your order

We want to make placing your order as easy as possible. Due to the type of product we supply we always require official company orders in writing via e-mail, fax or post. 3. Deliveries

Ex-stock deliveries should be expected within 2 working days for orders received before 12 noon, i.e. orders placed Monday a.m. will be delivered latest Wednesday p.m. Orders for bespoke and non-stock items will have longer lead-times.

4. Minimum order quantities / value

Our normal minimum order quantity is one carton. Our minimum order value is 200€ excluding VAT.

5. Methods of payment

By payment card (Mastercard or Visa), cheque or BACS payment (payment must be received before despatch of goods) or on account (approved customers only)

6. Terms of payment

Our terms of payment for approved credit account customers is net cash 30 days from date of invoice.

7. Special Offers

Special offers listed on our website are subject to availability as stock levels are continuously changing.

8.Delivery

Items spare parts  bought on this site will be delivered to addresses within the Macedonia only. For deliveries to Macedonia , please use the Macedonia website.

If you want an order sent to a country other than the Macedonia , go to shop.electrolux.com.mk , select the country Webshop, then find your item and make your purchase from that Webshop instead.

We offer two delivery options:

9.Standard delivery

Standard delivery is min. euro 1.99 ,  for each order.

Orders will be delivered in 3-7 working days via Kargo Mail.

Items that are shown as out of stock at the time of purchase may take up to 28 days to be delivered.

10.Next Day delivery

Next Day delivery is euro 5.99 for each order.

Only items shown as “IN STOCK” are eligible for Next Day delivery.

Orders need to be placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday for next day delivery, or before 4pm on Friday for Monday delivery (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday, and at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

-Next day delivery is not available for Macedonia , the Srbija  and some Kosovo ,Greece, Bugarija , Albanija  postcodes , address and telephone contact
-The Service for these areas is normally 2 working days but could be longer for more remote regions.
- For shipment outside of Macedonia Electrolux Factory for export is our Authorized Shipping charge that on the agreed deliverables and paid takes full responsibility for transport
